Qualified technicians. Our technicians are licensed journeymen,  kept up to date through on-going training from the manufacturers, and field supervisors.
Over 800 parts stocked on each truck. When we arrive we are prepared to make most repairs, and only new parts are installed in your unit.
Pick up service for specialty parts, equipped with radios for immediate communications. Factory specialty parts are obtained quickly from the manufacturer to minimize your systems down time.
Licensed by the State of Florida Insurance Commissioner since the inception of the State Statute in 1978. Contractors providing residential parts and labor service contracts must be licensed by the Dept. of Insurance
Computer Dispatched. S2000 WIN (system) Electronic Dispatch Board. The computer enables our service department to keep a detailed history of your service record.
Scheduled Maintenances. Equipment manufacturers require their equipment be maintained.
Custom Made, high rated MERV filters provided. A clean filter protects the evaporator coil and cleans the air you breathe.
Inspect wiring and controls. We can detect a burnt or loose wire before it creates a problem.
Clean condensate drain pan and treat with an algaecide. A clean drain pan helps prevent water leaks.
Inspect hoses and fittings for leaks. Inspection can prevent a potential water leak hazard.
Lubricate blower motor where applicable. Lubrication allows the motor to run at optimum efficiency.
Check refrigerant charge. If your unit is low on Freon, you will experience an increase in your electric bill.
Measure evaporator temperature differential. The temperature differential indicates whether your machine is operating properly.
Measure compressor ampere draw. Compressor ampere draw is checked against what the manufacturer specifies.
Test unit in all modes You can be assured when maintenance is complete that your system is working per the manufacturers specifications in both heating and cooling cycles.
Leave spare filters at each PM
(Periodic Maintenance)
We leave spare filters so you can change your filter in between scheduled maintenance to keep coils and ductwork clean.
