INVENTORY:

Our Company warehouses over fifteen hundred (1500) quality items in our facilities to maintain " on hand " availability of the most commonly required items. Our Service and Installation vehicles are stocked with many of these parts, consistent with available space, frequency of usage and compatibility with the vehicle environment.

SOURCES OF SUPPLY:

To ensure availability of equipment and parts, our company maintains "open accounts" with all major suppliers in the South Florida area. We also use our own pickup service to procure special items in order to minimize the time it takes to repair a customers system.


RECORDS OF INSTALLATION & REPAIR:

To provide timely servicing, to know the repair history of a system, and to ensure future warranty repair support, detailed and accurate records must be maintained. Many systems contain components with ten (10) year warranties. Original installation data must be provided to the manufacturer when warranty components are requested. A decade ago we installed a computer system to maintain such records and we have continually upgraded our computer system to ensure availability for this information when needed by our customers.
